All forklifts and material handling will be operated by the official Logistics & Freight Forwarder GEL Events.

Exhibitors or their stand builders requiring a forklift during move in or move out, must pre-book these services in advance. A sliding scale price is available depending on the number of lifts.

Refrigerated & Frozen (Replenishment)

We offer accessible refrigerated and frozen replenishment storage, located on the loading dock. This is charged per pallet and must be pre booked with GEL Events via the link below.

Alternatively, if you would like to order a refrigerator or freezer unit for your stand we can recommend two suppliers – Cold Display Solutions or Caterhire. 

Dry (Replenishment)

We offer accessible dry replenishment storage. This is charged per pallet and must be pre booked with GEL Events via the link below.

Packing Materials & Stand Build Materials

There are no on-site storage facilities for packing materials and boxes. It is recommended that exhibitors consider their storage needs (of packing crates and freight forwarding materials) for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show.

GEL Events can arrange off-site storage at at an additional cost.  Exhibitors or their stand-builders requiring offsite storage during the show, must pre-book these services in advance.
