DISMANTLING MOVE OUT INSTRUCTIONS
SHELL SCHEME & WALK ON PACKAGE STANDS
| Thursday 11 September | From 3:30 PM – Product Removal via Car Park or Front Doors |
| Thursday 11 September | From 5:30 PM (approx.) Forklift Activity – Loading Dock Access |
| Thursday 11 September | 10:00 PM – Shell Scheme Completely Moved Out – NO EXCEPTIONS |
• Loading dock access will commence from approx. 5:30 PM. Guide only, delays anticipated.
• If you require access to the loading dock, a time must have been pre-booked with GEL Events
• Failure to book a move out time may result in delays accessing the loading dock
• Shell & Walk on Package Stands must have all items, including freight, removed by 10:00 PM Thurs 11th Sept

- Dismantle cannot commence until 5:30 PM, after the majority of Shell Exhibitors have moved out
- Stand builder empties, crates and pallets will be returned by GEL Events overnight.

- Space Only stands 18sqm or smaller must have all items, including freight removed by 10:00 AM Fri 12 Sept
- Stands larger than 18sqm must be ready to load out by 6:00 PM Fri 12 Sept unless approved by GEL
LOADING DOCK ACCESS
- The loading dock will be closed until approx. 5:00pm and heavily controlled by GEL. Until this time, items must be hand-carried through via the front concourse doors and transported via:
- Lift 6 (Hall 3) & Lift 12 (Hall 1 Dock) Lower-Level Exhibitors
- Lift 15 (Rear Hall 5) Upper-Level Exhibitors
- Delays are expected during move-out; times are a guide only
- Book a dock time with GEL to avoid delays and ensure access within the allocated window
- IMPORTANT – FRIDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER:
Vehicles arriving outside their scheduled dock time will be redirected to a holding area on Wentworth Road, managed by traffic controllers and GEL Events. This is to avoid congestion issues with local authorities. - Cars under 1.8mH will be re-directed to the venue car park. Trailers are not permitted.
KEY INFORMATION
- The Organiser reserves the right to alter move-out times as needed
- Move out of product will start approx. 30 minutes after the event closes, once the aisles are clear and safe
- No exhibits may be removed before 3:00 PM
- If you need assistance or extra time, visit the Customer Service Desk (Level 2).
- No children under 15 are allowed in the halls or loading dock during move-out
- Safety vests are required and available at the loading dock doors
- Power to the stands will be switched off 1 hour after the show close
- OzHarvest will be onsite to collect any surplus stock for donation. Turn over for more information.
