I can’t find my login details
Exhibitors have been sent two (2) different logins
- Fine Food Online Manual – Please email the Customer Service Coordinator to be re-sent your login details.
The following suppliers have an Online Portal for ordering and have sent out login details to the stand coordinator email we have on file for your company. If you require your login details again please email them.
Are There Approved Suppliers Who Can Help Me Build An Exhibition Stand?
Yes, there are preferred suppliers that can help you construct your stand. Please see the contact list.
I need to organise power for my stand
Power for your stand is ordered through our preferred supplier Exponet
What days can I move in?
Fine Food Australia has a scheduled move in.
Please visit the Dates & Times page in your exhibitor services manual. Please ensure you have read the document as it contains all information for smooth move in and move out for Fine Food Australia.
I need to drop off my stand items through the loading dock
If you require the loading dock to deliver your stand items please visit Loading Dock Access for more information.
My courier doesn’t deliver on the weekend
If you require your stand items to be sent by courier to the venue prior to Move In day please contact GEL Events . GEL Events can offer you a short term storage service prior to Move In day – Charges will apply.
The venue will not sign and/or store deliveries on the exhibitors behalf.
Delivery label
To send your stand items to the venue please use the below delivery label. One of your staff members or a representative needs to be at the venue to sign for the delivery as the venue or GEL Events will not sign for freight on your behalf.
I want to have a function on my stand
Any catering or functions on your stand are booked through MCEC Exhibitor Services or contact the MCEC for more information. Please notify Fine Food Australia of your intentions to host a function. Functions held outside of event hours must be approved by the Organiser.
Where can I park around the venue?

I need to organise furniture for my stand
Furniture can be ordered through our preferred furniture suppliers Exponet and Harry the hirer.
Can I bring my own furniture in?
Yes you can. If you require the loading dock to deliver the furniture please visit Loading Dock Access or visit the GEL Event Services Portal for more information.
Is there storage available at Fine Food Australia?
Please refer to the Forklift & Storage page in the Exhibitor Services Manual for more information.
Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor badges will be available for collection from 10.00am – 6:00pm on Saturday 31 August & Sunday 1 September at the Registration Desk . Please note that an exhibitor badge is required for entry into the show on show days.
Exhibitor Lead Tracker
The Stand Coordinator will receive access to the Exhibitor Lead Tracker Dashboard closer to the event.
The Fine Food Australia app will become available for you to install on your smart phone or tablet in August 2024.
The app contains a variety of useful tools, including allowing you to capture and qualify leads straight from your tablet or smartphone by scanning a visitor’s badge and following up instantly.
