Anyone who will be onsite during move-in  (set up) or move-out (breakdown) must complete the MCEC Venue Induction 72 hours before arriving. This includes:

• Exhibitors
• Contractors
• Builders
• Sub-Contractors

Stand Builders & Contractors Only

• Once you have submitted your exhibitor stand plan, your builder will receive access to the L.E.V.8 Sentry Portal. Please contact the Operations Manager if your contractor has not received access for fine Food 2026.
• It is imperative that ALL CONTRATOR STAFF are registered via this portal and complete the allocated ‘Diversified Custom Stand Builder Onsite Information’.
• Once registered you will receive an email with information on how to add your staff details and link them to the event, as well as required OH&S documentation.
• Failure to register / induct all staff will result in delays accessing the venue during move in and move out.
