• International exhibitors requiring an invitation letter to obtain a visa are to contact the Event Coordinator
• Invitation letters will be written for those exhibitors working on the stands only.
• Invitation letters will not be written for visitors.
• Invitation letters will only be issued once stand payment has been received in full.
